Para anotarse hay que acercarse a la Oficina de Bromatolog\u00eda, en Av. 25 de Mayo N\u00b0 456, de 08:00 a 13:00.<\/p>\n<p>El curso brinda herramientas y conocimientos para aplicar buenas pr\u00e1cticas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
